They’ve been together for 15 years. A love that has lasted through everything and despite their families joking that it was about time they got married, it was also understood the right time was no other time than the present. They took their time, they did things their way, they said their vows when it felt right to them.
That’s what it’s all about. Doing what you want, not what is expected. It’s your day and your relationship and your love. You can do whatever the hell you want. You can choose to get married in the middle of a tree farm on an overcast day with all your loved ones. It can start to rain and you can shrug your shoulders and keep the ceremony outside nonetheless. You can have minimal details and focus mainly on signage and food. Do you. This day is all about you. Embrace it and never apologize for it. Oh, and also call me so I can photograph this magic. K? xo
